I have to confess, Organic Farming was not my prime interest : I studied tropical agronomy and post-harvest technologies. The WHY and the HOW.
I fell in the organic world inadvertently some 20 years ago and never really left it : it just made sense.
I am a sales person at the core : I want to sell the right product to my customers so they know they made the right choice and will come back next year and year after next… In doing so, what drives me the most are the relationships I build in the process.
I’d like to think that having sourced products all around the world I will have helped spreading organic agricultural practices which are good for the environment and for the farmers who are not exposed to nasty pesticides.
Outside work, I’m just a family guy who has so many passions it’s hard to keep up! I love travelling with my family, I love doing sports on my own or with my kids (cycling, running, swimming, golfing, kite surfing, sailing), and playing music (violin, guitar) and I love DIY and specially woodworking (I took a year off work to train as a cabinet maker) and recently I started drawing (I picked this up after designing furnitures).
