Founder & CEO

Hendrik founded Terra Nostra Organics in 2023 and serves as its CEO. He began his career in the organic ingredient industry in 2005 and has spent more than two decades building businesses and supply chains. Over his career, he has overseen more than $1 billion in organic ingredient sales.

Elena leads operations and supply-chain execution at Terra Nostra. She brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, product development, trade operations, and building reliable supply chains.

Thomas van Hasselt

Managing Director Europe

Thomas leads our European business from Amsterdam. He brings experience connecting farmers and customers worldwide, leading commercial teams, and developing organic supply chains.

Caeli Perrelli

Director of Sales

Caeli leads sales and customer relationships, drawing on more than a decade of experience in organic cocoa. Her background in environmental science and cocoa supply supports her work with regenerative agriculture initiatives.

Rocío Silva

Senior Trader

Rocío brings more than a decade of food-industry experience to organic sourcing and producer relationships. Her work includes dried fruit ingredients and connecting growers with food brands.

Jean-Marc Pindat

Senior Trader

Jean-Marc studied tropical agronomy and post-harvest technologies and has worked in organic agriculture for about 20 years. He focuses on sourcing the right products for customers and building lasting trading relationships.

Paula Werlang

Trader

Paula works in international ingredient trading. Her background in international business and food and cosmetics markets supports her work connecting companies with ingredient suppliers.

Farid Bennis

Senior Trader

Farid has experience managing an organic-certified facility and exporting oils internationally. At Terra Nostra, he works with customers in Canada, including on plant-protein ingredients.

Fernanda Trujillo

Quality Assurance Manager

Fernanda leads quality assurance, bringing a background in food biotechnology and experience with product analysis, food-safety documentation, and certification requirements.

Amanda Morris

Chief Financial Officer

Amanda brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience. Her work includes GAAP compliance, ERP implementation, cash-flow management, and finance systems.

Brenda Villalobos

Operations and Administration Manager

Brenda has more than a decade of experience in organic markets, administration, and strategic planning. At Terra Nostra, she supports operations and customer service.
